We've known Brian Gaisford at Hemingway Safaris for over 20 years.
We've bought lots of his African artwork and also been on 3 of his Safaris in the last 5 years (the last one this year for over 4 weeks through S.A. , Botswana and Zimbawe).
Brian runs the best overall safaris we've ever been on. The other "up market" safaris we've experienced have been fine but no contest with Hemingways' value for money and, most importantly, hands on control of all aspects of the trip by Brian and his team.
We cannot recommend him highly enough...as we already have, to many friends who are also now Hemingway regulars.

I first travelled with Hemingway Safaris after a recommendation by close friends. I had already visited East Africa for one month with another company but Hemingway Safaris far exceeded that trip in every positive way. Since then, I have been on several trips with Brian Gaisford and his team and feel that every visit has been a great experience.
Many of us return because we have seen many aspects of Africa not available through the more commercialized companies and Brian offers incredible value for money.
I took one of my sons on the last trip and he said it was the 'trip of a lifetime'. It is rare to say in this in this day and age.
I have no hesitation in making this recommendation.
